Director Belen Mendez is a wonderful person – close, discreet and decisive – and she works with a team that couldn't be friendlier or more flexible. The rooms are very spacious, bright and the beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom, with both bathtub and shower, is generous and immaculate. Cleanliness is excellent, and the location is perfect – in the chicest area, with everything reachable on foot within about 15 minutes. I keep coming back because I feel more looked after here than at home. It's not a noisy hotel, and its reputation makes it feel more personal and attentive. Great.”
